When I received the product it was poorly protected and the packaging was damaged. The paint was worn off on the saddle and chipped in other places indicating the product was used. This is a safety issue as the bottle jack is meant to lift thousands of pounds. I have no idea how old this jack is or how many times it has been used. When I purchase a NEW product I expect it to be NEW. Deceptive advertising.
