After using this product for about 90 days I have concluded that this is not made very well. And these are the reasons:1. Too much torque on the handle and when the bag is loaded will flip over.2. The wheels are not nylon rather made from a hard plastic that creates too much vibrations and ruins wines with bottle shock.
