I would give zero stars if I could. I got this last week, literally seven days, and the design is already coming off with only normal use. For the cost of this item, I expected much better quality. Can I return this after I've used it and added my own sticker?I decided to keep it and really wish I hadn't. It has zero comparison to keeping ice when against Walmart's Ozark Trail insulated thermoses of same size. I've used two of those for quite a few years and ice stays for at least 24 hours. I have two of the Tervis also and ice is melted within four hours. The only thing Tervis has going is the cute design options, but I already discussed how disappointing that turned out to be.
