Received excited to use the cup put the battery in. The cup does not work. I tapped on the screen to display temperature. IM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMERThe lid doesn't work properly and the product in generally not what is presented.This was great for about a week when the top displayed the temp and all worked the way it was supposed to work but it all ended with a quiet disappointment. Basically, the top part just stopped displaying the temperature and the strap that I used to carry it around my neck had the plastic piece break. I’m not sure why it broke but it stinks because I carried it around my neck when walking out to the office. Now, I’ve just got a sort of regular cup that isn’t the best at anything but it does work alright.
