So sad to report that this filling machine had to be returned. Seller didn't want to accept it and kept offering discounts, but finally accepted the return on the condition that it was in perfect condition which it was.. Manual came in Chinese. Once I got an English manual, it was blurry and very hard to understand. Needs a clear quick start guide in English. I finally got it assembled and set up. My remedies are clear (same color as water), and so I tested it with water. Water went everywhere. There is a huge amount of wastage. I would never be able to tell where the test water stops and the remedy begins. My remedies are very expensive. So I am not willing to waste many bottles while trying to get the machine operating and finally filling bottles. You cannot clear the pipes, so there is always liquid in them.I'm shopping for my 4th liquid filling machine. So far, I have 3 that broke and two are from this company. Now, I see they never refunded the one I returned. The second one I bought worked once and then never worked again. Both nozzles never worked on either machine, only one. Problem is we don't fill all the time and the expiration ran out on the second purchase. The motor didn't have enough power to remotely pull the water out of the pale into the hose. Don't waste your time or money.
